KeyTracker
Fully mechanical key management. Every key is locked into the board and comes out only when someone leaves their own access peg behind. No power, no software, no batteries.
How it works
A key out means a peg in.
The bunch of keys is fixed to a retention peg with an anti-tamper seal or a flexible steel wire ring. That peg is locked into a strip of five positions and comes out only with an access peg.
As soon as the key is released, the access peg is locked in that spot — and stays there until the key is back. The board shows at a glance who has what.
Recognition
The peg tells you who.
One look at the board is enough. The colour of the peg identifies the department, the engraving the person. What is gone is visibly gone — and by whom.
Modular
Strips of five, stacked to any size.
Every strip has five key positions. They are stacked on top of each other in a metal frame up to the number you need. If the number of keys grows, another strip is added.

From one key to a hundred and fifty.
Eight versions, all built from the same strips of five positions. Every size is supplied with the matching retention and access pegs; reordering is always possible.

What it does and does not do
Visible now, no history.
The board shows who has which key at this moment. It does not record who had it yesterday, and it warns no one if a key stays out too long.
If that is needed, an electronic key cabinet of de Security Asset Manager is the right choice: it records every issue and sends an alert itself.

Cabinets
Behind a door that closes itself.
From 25 positions upwards there is a matching metal cabinet with a self-closing door, mechanical combination lock, emergency cylinder and four-point locking. Instead of the combination lock an electric lock can be fitted, driven by your own card reader.
If the cabinet cannot go on the wall, it stands on a separate metal frame in the middle of the room.
