Why DELPHI
What you get from us and not from a manufacturer.
-
Independent
Not tied to a single brand
We represent manufacturers in America, Sweden and England. If one system does not suit your situation, we propose the other — and that costs us nothing.

-
Every budget
Several solutions, several prices
From a mechanical board that works tomorrow to an electronic cabinet with software and reports. The same goal, different investments.
-
One point of contact
From advice to maintenance
Advice, supply, installation and the maintenance afterwards — with us, not spread across four parties. For installation we work with approved partners.
-
Complete
The whole chain from one source
Cabinets, lockers, storage systems, key rings and software. One party that knows how those parts fit together.
The complete package.
Key management is not a stand-alone product. Placing the ring, the cabinet, the issue and the registration with one party keeps things clear — and gives you one telephone number if anything happens.
Who you get on the phone
Kees Vink
Director, DELPHI Key Management Systems
DELPHI is a small company, and that is a choice. You discuss your key plan with the same person who later hands over the system. No account manager passing the file on.
Where our systems are in use.
From data centres and government agencies to housing associations, healthcare and automotive.

Shall we think through your key plan?
Tell us what you manage and where it goes wrong now. Then we will say which system suits — even if that is the cheapest one.
