DELPHI Key Management Systems attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this statement we explain which data we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have. We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Which data we process and what for

If you use our contact or enquiry form, we process the data you enter yourself: your name, organisation, e-mail address, the subject and your message. We use this data solely to handle your enquiry and to communicate with you. The legal basis for this is your consent and, when we do business with you, the performance of the contract.

In addition we collect usage data through our website, such as the number of visits, the pages visited, the browser type, IP addresses and the duration of the visit. We use this data to improve how the website works and is arranged.

Sharing with third parties and processors

We do not sell your data and do not make it available to third parties for commercial purposes. For the operation of the website we use a few processors that process data on our behalf: Web3Forms for sending form submissions to our mailbox, and Google Analytics for website statistics. Appropriate agreements on the protection of your data have been made with these parties.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies for proper operation and, through Google Analytics, to measure website use. You can manage or delete cookies yourself through your browser settings.

Retention period

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for a maximum of twelve months and deleted after that. If you become a customer, we keep your data for as long as our service requires and for as long as statutory retention obligations demand, including the seven-year tax retention obligation.

Your rights

You have the right to inspect, correct or have your personal data deleted. You may also object to the processing, withdraw your consent and request the transfer of your data. Please contact us for this; we respond within the statutory period. If you disagree with the way we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

This statement does not apply to third-party websites linked to our website. We accept no responsibility or liability for the way those parties handle personal data. We advise you to read the privacy policy on those websites yourself.
