Storage systems
Every key its own place.
Vel-Key gives every key its own hook-and-loop tag. Whatever is gone leaves an empty space behind — visible at a glance, without power and without software.
An empty place stands out at once.
Every tag is double-sided: one side writable, the other hook-and-loop. If someone takes a key, the tag goes with it and leaves an open space on the strip. If you also want to see which key is out, use a splittable tag: the half carrying the description then stays in place.
Panels
On the wall, in plain sight.
Flat panels — the Vel-Key File in the brochure — that grow side by side with the site. Also available with wider tags for USB sticks or with windows for a photograph beside the key.
Key Cassette
A folder that closes.
Sixteen keys per cassette, two panels facing each other, with the marker in the spine. Upright on the shelf among the other folders — or into a bag to another site.
Several cassettes side by side keep buildings, vehicle fleet and suppliers apart.
Zipper Case
Carried without jangling.
The same layout in a closed case: the keys stay in their places, even on the move. For administrators, engineers and estate agents who carry a whole set of keys.
Two sizes: 24 or 48 keys per case.
More versions
From pocket sleeve to wall cabinet.
The same tag fits every carrier. That keeps the layout the same, whether the keys hang on the wall, lie in a drawer or go out on the road.

Sets
Supplied complete.
Panels, tags and marker in one set. For larger sites in a case, so everything stays together.
The portable case is supplied as standard with three panels, or 66 keys, and takes up to ten panels: 220 tags.
Where Vel-Key fits.
In places where a clear overview matters more than registration: a workshop, a reception desk, a service van. If every action has to be recorded by name and time, the Security Asset Manager is the logical step. If you only want the keys behind a lock, look at the Safebox.
Frequently asked questions about Vel-Key.
-
The tag is double-sided: on one side you write the key designation, the other side is hook-and-loop. The tag sits on the key and sticks to the hook-and-loop strip of the panel, the cassette or the case. No hooks, no power.
-
Not with an ordinary tag: it goes with the key and leaves an open space on the strip — so you see that something is gone, not what. If you do want that, use a splittable tag: two tags joined by hook-and-loop, the half carrying the description staying in place.
-
Yes, and that is the heart of the system: tags stick where you want them and move without tools. For your own layout in an existing place there is the self-adhesive strip by the inch.
-
From pocket sleeve to wall cabinet: flat panels that grow side by side, a cassette, a zipper case and a portable case. The same tag fits every carrier, so the layout stays the same whether the keys hang on the wall or travel with you.
-
That differs per carrier; the quantities and dimensions are listed under Sizes. Spare tags are supplied in twelves.
-
No. Vel-Key is a storage system: it gives order and an overview, not registration. If you must be able to prove who had which key, look at the KeyTracker for visible mechanical management, or at the Keybox and the Security Asset Manager for full registration.
